PAYMENT. All orders must be prepaid with a credit card, check, or secured with an authorized institutional purchase order. International orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars.
SHIPPING. Orders will be shipped via U.S. Priority mail unless otherwise specified.
-U.S. & Canada: $6 - first video, $3 each additional.
-International: $10 - first video, $5 each addtional.
Next or Second Day shipping are available for an extra charge; please call to inquire about rates.TAX. Californian residents add 8.5% state tax.
FORMAT. Select DVD or VHS. International VHS orders specify PAL, SECAM or NTSC format in comments field on order form.
